Alexandra Owen to pop-up in Auckland

Alexandra Owen will open a pop-up boutique in Auckland’s Newmarket for the month of November, 2009.

Alexandra’s first foray into retail in Auckland will be open from Saturday, November 7th through to Sunday, November 29th.

During this limited time, the pop-up store will be the exclusive stockist of the Alexandra Owen Spring Summer 2009-2010 collection.

The Wellington-based designer, fresh from her third solo collection show at Air New Zealand Fashion Week, will undertake this temporary retail project before heading to New York in February 2010 to debut at New York Fashion Week.

This will be Alexandra’s second retail venture in New Zealand. The Alexandra Owen flagship boutique opened its doors in February 2009 and is situated underneath the Museum Hotel in Wellington.
The Alexandra Owen team is very excited about bringing their unique aesthetic to Auckland, and having the space to tell their story visually.
