Ready to start shopping for a good cause?

The 6th annual Preloved Fashion Sale is almost upon us again – doors open at 9am sharp on Saturday 13 March at new venue; Wesley Church Hall, 75 Taranaki Street Wellington.

Designer labels, vintage and retro… they’ll all be there at bargain prices. Grab yourself a smart suit for work or something cute to wear out on the town. What better way to start the Autumn months than with a wardrobe of stylish clothes?

This year we’ve collected a fantastic range of outfits in a wide range of sizes. And when you buy clothes at the sale, you’ll also have the satisfaction of knowing your purchases will be helping the New Horizons for Women Trust, which provides second chance education awards for women, and supporting refugee women through Wellington’s ChangeMakers Refugee Forum.

Doors close at 12pm. There’s always a long queue waiting to snap up a bargain, so first in will come out best dressed.

Remember: You still have time to donate clothing. Your unwanted clothing can help us provide awards to assist women and their families improve their access to education.

It’s the pre-loved designer rack of clothes that really bring us the dollars on the day. If you have some items that you love but never wear, this is the opportunity to make sure they will not only go to a good home, but also provide maximum ‘bang for buck’ for this worthy cause.

Last year, the Wellington region raised over $14,000, and this year we’re hoping to raise even more by improving the quality of the clothing we sell.

If you have good quality, contemporary items of clothing that you can spare – including bags, scarves, and even jewellery – let us know and we’ll come and pick them up.

Drop off your bags at one of our pick-up points or email me with your address and phone number and we’ll arrange to have your bags picked up from your home. Then you can congratulate yourself on a good job done!
