I've always loved nature. But after having kids, nature seems to take on a whole new level in your appreciation as you see it through new eyes; the eyes of your child.

So it was with great excitement that we went to Kelly Tarlton's this morning, to meet the baby animals. They've had a few additions to their animal kingdom lately, including baby King penguins covered in fluffy brown feathers, baby Spiny Sea Dragons - the only ones in the world on display, less cuddly (but still adorable in their own way and no doubt irresistable to their grandmothers) baby carpet sharks, baby clown fish (like Finding Nemo) and baby sea turtles.

It's a very popular attraction by all accounts, so I'd definitely recommend you get there early and avoid the crowds!

Speaking of baby animals, check out the cute animal motifs on this top! We took the latest clothes by Nature Baby for a spin.
