Best-dressed: Wellington Fashion Week
Friday night’s show at the inaugural Wellington Fashion Week turned up the heat and so did the fashion lovers attending. We saw some great ensembles, although a few young women were a bit embarrassed to tell us who they were wearing because they weren’t major designers.
I always assure people that it’s not about how much your dress cost or who’s on the tag, a gorgeous outfit that cost you $40 can look just as good as a $500 dress. It’s all about what suits you and wearing your clothes with confidence. And hey, who doesn’t love a bargain?
We spoke to some lovely people out the back in Harry’s media suite and to some models and their friends in the audience after the Group B show. Everyone looked amazing and were happy to show off their clothes for the camera.
Here’s a few of the stylish people we spoke to on Friday 20th April...
