Miss Crabb and Papershoes
On Thursday evening I popped along to the Ponsonby Miss Crabb store to give the new season range of the pop-up shoe label 'Papershoes' a bit of an oggle.
If you are not aware of what Papershoes is, it's a fairly new business where spectacular shoes from international brands such as Swedish Hasbeens, Dieppa Restrepo and Opening Ceremony are brought in and sold to us lucky New Zealanders. Primarily, you can shop on the cute little website www.papershoes.com.
Once a season however, Papershoes take over the Miss Crabb shop for nearly a week, and customers are fortunate enough to be able to check out the new season's range in person (Yay for trying on!)
I had a little chat with Helen from Papershoes (below) about this season's collection. The range has a mix of Western-style boots, androgynous shoes, and colour block heels - a little something for everyone really.
My pick of the night were these very alluring heels by the New York designer Loeffler Randall:

Below: Dieppa Restrepo Laura shoes.
Both pairs are unique, bold and elegant.
Since I was already wearing Miss Crabb I decided to get my lovely date for the evening Michela, to try on my favourite of their new season range so you guys can see the deliciousness that is available.

I have always been a big fan of Miss Crabb. The fabrics are always top quality and beautiful to the touch, as well as the cut of each garment always clean and so flattering.

Below: Dalliance black one-shoulder dress.
I also managed to get a shot of what the wonderful staff were wearing.
